Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how UAB Cybergizer Europe (company code 304590715, VAT LT100011172017), Lankų g. 58, Žvelsėnų k., Vėžaičių sen., LT-96201 Klaipėdos r. sav., Lithuania (“rubizza.com”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses personal data when you visit rubizza.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it. We are the controller of this data.
1. Data we collect
- Data you give us — when you fill in the contact form on the Website: your name, email address, the content of your message and any other details you choose to include, plus a record that you agreed to our Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy.
- Technical data — when you visit the Website our server automatically logs your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request.
- Analytics — the Website includes the Google Analytics tag with Google Consent Mode. Analytics and advertising storage are set to “denied”, so Google Analytics does not set cookies on your device. In this mode Google may still receive limited, cookieless signals about the page visit (such as the page address, browser and device information and your IP address, which Google uses only transiently) to produce aggregated statistics. No form contents are sent to Google Analytics.
2. Why we use it
- to answer your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries);
- to keep the Website secure and working and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest);
- to measure and improve the Website using aggregated, cookieless statistics (legitimate interest);
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the Website and handle enquiries — hosting, messaging (enquiries are delivered to us through a Telegram messaging service) and email services, and Google for the analytics described above — and only to the extent necessary. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose data where required by law.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 3 years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or a contract is concluded. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@cybergizer.com or use the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Cookies
The Website does not set analytics or advertising cookies: Google Analytics runs with analytics and advertising storage denied. The contact form does not use cookies. You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
